The location of this place is central, and our room, which had a balcony, was beautifully decorated and new.

Loved our rooms with really GOOD working air-conditioning. The location was particularly good, close to the beach, the historic Centre and main streets, restaurants, port and public bus, in a local area.

Plenty of options for breakfast in the terrace. Excellent service, private parking available nearby.

The guestrooms at San Domenico Residence By Badia Nuova are super cozy and ensure a great night's sleep. We loved the air conditioning and heating, which kept us comfortable in any weather. The kitchenettes are a major plus for us, allowing us to cook and enjoy meals in the comfort of our room. And the marble bathrooms with showers were so luxurious! the room felt like a home away from home.

Personally, we found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. But hey, we understand that some guests might appreciate it.

A nice set of comfortable, spacious apartments in the center of town.

On arrival, there was nobody in reception. A note on the door suggested calling a phone number or walking over to another residence in the same hotel group. Fortunately, someone arrived as we were wondering what to do. Another couple arrived some time later who didn't notice the note on the main door and had to ask us for advice. I think this is quite common in these apartment residences. They are not hotels in the traditional sense. Also, the website states that the rooms have balconies/terraces. This is not true.

The hotel was located in a beautiful area of Trapani, the room was nicely decorated and clean, except the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and arranged our taxi to the airport. English was spoken by the staff.

The bathroom smelled like sulfur and had a dirty floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great tips and maps for the area. The location was central and convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious, with good air-conditioning. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax.

Great location, in the middle of the old town - close to the beach/port, restaurants, cafes and main streets. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, relaxing and modern! Having our own cooking facilites was a great way to save money. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

A perfect stay in Trapani. Just in the middle of the old town. A short walk to the beach. Everybody is so friendly in Trapani. You really feel welcome. A beautiful city, I must visit again !

There was no access to Internet in the room - As promised in my reservation ! That was a big problem for me,because I went to Trapani to work. So I had to sit outside to send my mails, sometimes with an umbrella, because of the rain ! The staff was very friendly, but could´nt help me with the problem. If you want to get contact with the staff, you have to go to a nearby residence, which is open most of the day. It is only a short walk, but one should know that before booking ! I will come again, but only if I am certain, that there is Wi-Fi in the room !

The staff was attentive and hospitable, making our visit easy, while the hotel's proximity to the port allowed for convenient access to different places.

The apartment was just really nice...It only misses a couple of additional windows. We ve got for 75 euros a 3 beds apart (for 5 persons).....just next to the harbour....

Very good location in the middle of Trapanis old town, with shops, restaurants and the harbour nearby. Our family of five people stayed comfortably in the flat.

Parking was a hassle! And the residence was extremely difficult to find on arrival. And when we finally found it, it turned out that we had been designated a flat in the twin-complex (Alle Due Badie). This residence was very nice but we had to carry all our bags five blocks to get there! The kitchenette was badly planned and difficult to use for anything but breakfast and very simple meals.

This place is fantastic and perfect, located close to San Domenico and the ferry; we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Convenient to port for entry by boat in an area with easy access to good restaurants, shopping and events.
